Black Lives Matter: Conversations Moving Forward Fri. June 19th
Push Back Community Alliance invited IFAB (InterFaith Alliance of Brevard) to be a part of an event that will bring together leaders from the black mega churches in Brevard, faith leaders from other traditions, the sheriff’s dept., the NAACP, the state prosecutor’s office, the mayor of Melbourne, the city council as well as other community organizations to have serious conversations about systemic racism and its long term effects on our community. Panelists of community leaders will be answering questions from a moderator. This will be the first of a series of forums to bring our community together in a movement toward change.
New Shiloh Christian Center can hold 500 people even with social distancing, but you can attend from your own home through Facebook Live. Hope you will join us!
